Corey has been an asset to Paramount Sports & Entertainment since 2011. As Vice President of Operations, his top priority is to maintain PSE’s core business functions. Corey also oversees client services and has a direct responsibility to deliver the highest quality service to each member of PSE’s clientele.
Through efficient operational practices and a client-focused approach, Corey strives to ensure PSE’s competitiveness in the athlete management marketplace. He provides comprehensive industry, market, and player research that have enabled him to be instrumental in contract negotiations for Kam Chancellor and Junior Galette and many others.
In his time at PSE, Corey developed strategic marketing deals for clients with Fan Duel, Disney, and Under Armour. He holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Sports Marketing from Duquesne University and is matriculating an MBA from Clarion University.

Glenn serves as attorney, agent and contract advisor for our clients. After graduating from Skidmore College, Glenn received his law degree from George Washington University. Schwartzman’s previous experience includes leading multiple sports management companies, where he worked with over 100 professional athletes, and held legal positions with ProServ, The Major League Baseball Association and the National Basketball Player Association.
Glenn has represented many top professional athletes and has negotiated numerous lucrative contracts and endorsement agreements for his clients. He was involved in negotiating $99,000,000 in contracts in NBA Free Agency this past summer including Jae Crowder of the Boston Celtics. He negotiated the largest contract for a second year player in NBA history as well as having represented lottery picks and the only player to win the NBA 6th Man of the Year Award and Most Improved Player in the same season among others. He has represented 1st round draft picks in the NFL and has negotiated contracts for the highest paid tight end, place kicker and punter in the history of the NFL over his career. Glenn has been involved in some of the biggest endorsement deals in sorts on both an international and national level including multiple Super Bowl ads and a 6 million dollar endorsement deal with Volvo for Jeremy Lin.

Sunny Shah graduated in the top 2% from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics. Prior to founding 320 Sports, Shah was a successful Investment Banker where he developed his skills and made many strategic business relationships. In 2009, Eugene Monroe was selected 8th overall making Shah one of the youngest agents to represent a top 10 pick. He is one of only 11 agents 35 years or younger to sign at least 2 players and one be drafted in the 2nd round or higher last year with Lamarcus Joyner (41st overall) and Timmy Jernigan (48th overall) both from Florida State. In 2013, Shah represented his third 1st round pick since 2009, when Xavier Rhodes was selected by the Minnesota Vikings 25th overall. In just six years, Shah has negotiated over $150 million in NFL contracts.

Kim Grillier is a seasoned contract advisor for NBA players and has previously been with CSMG Sports and Best Sports Management Group working with some of the best talent in the NBA. This includes working with such superstars as Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Joakim Noah, and representing numerous draft picks including: Corey Brewer, Devin Harris, Donte Green, Ronnie Brewer, Michael Qualls, Chris Jones and several top overseas players.
At PSE, as Executive VP of Basketball, Grillier oversees all of the strategic initiatives and operational objectives of the basketball division. Along with Glenn Schwartzman they negotiate NBA, NBDL and Overseas Contracts for all of their professional clients. In addition, Grillier along with our other basketball agents, coordinates all management services as it pertains to business, financial, and personal affairs for their clients. Grillier’s extensive career in basketball as a collegiate player and agent has afforded him invaluable experience and insight within the industry. His professional business network provides his PSE clients with opportunities during and after their basketball careers.
Grillier played college basketball and he attended Western Michigan University and graduated from Springhill College in Mobile, Alabama with a B.A.

Emanuel Drakes comes to PSE with more than 10 years of experience in client services, sports and brand management. While at Strickland Management Group, Drakes worked in Client Development and Marketing with clients such as Rasheed Wallace, Alan Houston, and Leroy Hill scoring lucrative endorsements and partnership opportunities. Also during his time with SMG, Emanuel was able to develop and maintain key relationships with companies such as Nike, Vitamin Water and Upper Deck, and teams extensively throughout the NFL and NBA.
Shortly thereafter, Drakes was hired as Vice President of Football Operations at DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment. There he worked with clients such as Desean Jackson, Fred Davis and Gosder Cherilus. Drakes also worked with the company’s clients overseeing rookie training and veteran day to day business affairs.
Drakes join Paramount Sports and Entertainment as the Vice President of Team Sports and Marketing. His success is often defined as when opportunity meets preparation. He brings a plethora of relationships that extends throughout the NFL and NBA, which will benefit PSE.
Director of Team Sports and Marketing
Joseph Key Jr.’s career in Client Management began when he recognized a lack of understanding of the insurance space between players and agents/managers. As a licensed Insurance Agent, Key worked with a number of athletes such as Byron Maxwell, Akeem Spence, and DaQuan Bowers, using his extensive knowledge base in financing and leveraging insurance to assist them in securing policies. Recently, he has used his business experience and organization skills to help plan and coordinate football camps for DaQuan Bowers, Byron Maxwell, and Ricky Sapp.
Key joins Paramount Sports and Entertainment as the Director of Team Sports and Marketing. At PSE, Joseph Key is a crucial part of our team in assisting our clients with their day-to-day business and securing off the field opportunities for them. The combination of business and personal skills Key possesses are and will continue to be a vital asset to PSE.
PSE Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant, Daminica Moody oversees PSE’s administrative functions, including compiling expense reports, company logistics, scheduling and event planning. Moody joins the team with over 5 years experience, a high level of accuracy, and prides herself on hard work. Moody enjoys exercising, spending time with family, and volunteering in the community.
Associate Agent and Client Services Executive
Kenny Cuffee is no stranger to the sports world; he has developed a significant amount of relationships and continues to work closely with professional athletes in the NBA and NFL. Following his Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Cuffee joined Paramount Sports & Entertainment Management as an Associate Agent and Client Services Executive. Currently, Kenny is determined and passionately working to earn his certification as both an NFL and NBA Contract Advisor. Residing in Virginia Beach, VA, Kenny actively volunteers in the community, enjoys speaking to children, and is known for being a positive influence in the lives of today’s youth.
